Pacific Hold'Em Poker
Highest prizeShared pot + Bad Beat Jackpot
New poker-style hands every few minutes
Pacific Hold'Em Poker is a lottery inspired by poker, rather than a live online poker room. A $2 ticket provides two cards to combine with five shared cards and compare with the hands shown on screen. Draws occur every six minutes, and tickets are sold only at participating bars, pubs and certain casinos.
A three-step guide to Pacific Hold'Em Poker
Buy a $2 hand
Your starting hand contains two cards, and you may increase your wager to $4, $6, $8 or $10.
A draw every 6 minutes
Drawings take place from approximately 11:02 AM until 2:00 AM PT.
Beat the table
To win, your strongest five-card combination must beat every displayed hand and must include one of your two cards, except in Prize B. A tie against an on-screen hand is treated as a loss.
Available prize options
| Match | Prize (CAD) |
|---|---|
| Beat all opponents | A share of the prize pot for that draw |
| Best Hand in Province | Awarded only if no Prize A is won in that draw — to the ticket holder with the top overall hand in the province |
| Bad Beat Jackpot | A separate progressive jackpot that grows until it is won |
Important conditions: you must use at least one of your Pocket Cards unless claiming Prize B; matching an on-screen hand is not a win; and players with tied winning tickets share the pool equally. Review the official rules before purchasing.
The prize pot for each draw depends on how many hands are in play. Prizes and rules follow the official game conditions — read the current Pacific Hold'Em Poker Game Conditions .
